A West Yorkshire cleaning business built by people who wanted to do it properly, and who still turn up on site.
Why we started CP Cleaners
At CP Cleaners Limited, we believe a clean environment can make a real difference to how people feel, live and work. CP Cleaners started with an idea from one of our directors, who lives with a disability and understands personally how much a clean and well-maintained environment can affect your health, wellbeing and day-to-day life. That idea became CP Cleaners.
We are a West Yorkshire-based cleaning company with a growing focus on commercial and property cleaning. We work with organisations that need reliable, regular cleaning support, including supported living providers, letting agencies, portfolio landlords, offices and other commercial premises.
As we grow, we also want to work more closely with local councils, housing and community organisations across West Yorkshire. Being a local business matters to us. We want to build relationships within the communities we serve and support the organisations providing homes, services and workplaces for local people.
For us, cleaning is about more than completing a checklist. We take the time to understand each client, their properties and what they need from their cleaning service. Whether we’re maintaining communal areas across multiple properties, supporting a local office or working with a property manager, we tailor the service around how their spaces are actually used.
Trust, reliability and communication are at the heart of how we work. We understand the responsibility that comes with being trusted with people’s homes, workplaces and properties, particularly when working in supported and shared living environments. We want our clients to know who they’re working with and feel confident that their properties are being looked after.
While commercial cleaning is a key part of where CP Cleaners is heading, we haven’t forgotten where we started. We continue to support domestic clients and believe the same care and respect should be given to every space we clean.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships with businesses, housing providers and property professionals across West Yorkshire, while growing a local cleaning company that contributes positively to the communities around us.

Trust
Our cleaners go into people's workplaces and homes. Every one of them is carefully selected, fully insured and DBS checked where required.
Consistency
The same standard on the fiftieth visit as on the first. We aim to keep the same cleaners on the same sites so nothing has to be re-explained.
Straight communication
If something changes or something is wrong, you hear it from us first. We would rather have an awkward conversation early than a bad surprise later.
Accountability
We photograph our work for quality checks and records, and we ask for feedback regularly so we can keep raising the standard.
Responsible choices
We choose energy-efficient, environmentally considerate products and practices wherever we can, without cutting corners on the result.

First-year growth
In our first year, we achieved a turnover of just over £20,000. What started with one domestic client has grown into a business supporting both domestic and commercial clients across West Yorkshire.

Reputation & customer growth
Over the past two years, we have built much of our reputation through trust, positive customer reviews, referrals and repeat business. We are proud that clients have recommended us to their families, colleagues and other organisations.

Domestic → Commercial transition
One of our biggest milestones has been developing from a predominantly domestic cleaning business into a growing commercial cleaning company. We now work with local organisations and property providers and want to continue using our growth to support the communities around us.

Clean for a Cause
Giving back is also important to us. In March, we ran our Clean for a Cause campaign, where a portion of the income from cleans completed during the month was donated to the Epilepsy Society.

Fundraising event
In June, we also organised and hosted our own fundraising and awareness event, raising over £600 while bringing people together to talk about epilepsy and support the cause.

We have also donated to Emmaus Leeds, a local charity supporting people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.

The communities and organisations we support
We work in West Yorkshire, our team lives in West Yorkshire, and we put something back into it.
Our work across West Yorkshire has given us experience supporting a range of organisations, properties and environments.
We work with letting agencies and supported living providers, providing regular communal area cleaning alongside additional property cleaning services when required.
This work has developed our experience in coordinating cleaning across multiple sites, maintaining consistent standards and working respectfully within shared accommodation.
We understand that shared living can bring challenges, particularly when several tenants share responsibility for communal spaces. Having clean and well-maintained communal areas can help create a more comfortable environment for everyone living there.
We want to build relationships with more housing and supported living organisations across Kirklees and the wider West Yorkshire area, including organisations working alongside local councils and communities.
Our commercial work also includes providing regular cleaning support to local office spaces, helping them maintain a clean and professional working environment for their teams and visitors.
We provide regular cleaning support to a local independent gym, adapting the service around how the facility operates and the areas that require ongoing attention.
Every organisation is different, which is why we take the time to understand what our clients need from us. As CP Cleaners continues to grow, we want to build long-term relationships with organisations across West Yorkshire while continuing to support the communities in which we work.

We look before we price
We do not quote blind over the phone. A site visit means the plan fits the premises and the price does not move once we start.
We tailor rather than templating
Specific products, access arrangements, out-of-hours slots, safeguarding requirements — we build the service around them instead of asking you to fit our round.
